summer mini sessions {updated dates}

i know it might seem a tad early to announce SUMMER mini sessions when there is still 10 inches of snow on the ground here in montana. BUT--- baby guy will be making his debut here in the next couple weeks and i just wanted to get it all announced before life gets crazy around here.

 these mini sessions are perfect for a small family session--- especially those just looking to update their walls with a more recent family photograph. they are also great for a children's/sibling shoot to catch the fun stages that they are in, or even a baby session for those same reasons. you would be surprised at how many precious / different pictures we can get in just 30 minutes. a maternity session would also work for these as well.  feel free to bring different outfits to change into... just practice before the big day so you can change in a jiffy! locations will depend on the day and preference of those who book. i'm also thinking about adding an additional day in may in UT if that would work better for anyone as well, let me know.

mya- one year - utah family photographer

Mya's daddy and my hubs played football together at Weber and her mama and I had fun cheering them on! We both have been living the crazy football lives the past couple years, so we still have tons in common and kept in touch through the hectic moves--- so when Kristen called me and wanted me to do Mya's one year pics I was super excited. Isn't she darling??? We don't get to see each other nearly as often as I'd like... so maybe this will be what it takes to bring us together more frequently!

Iylie & Kate--- lifestyle - utah family photographer

Iylie's mama was the lucky winner of the giveaway I did a couple weeks ago-- we go way back to the college days... it seems like you have to go way back at least;) We started out the session at the Union Station in Ogden and ended up at her sister-in-law's house cause Iylie was NOT having any of it. Kim said it was 'the photoshoot from hell' cause Iylie wouldn't stop crying and wasn't about to crack a smile. Luckily, we were able to cheer her up a bit when we started playing at her cousin's house and we ended on a happy note:) It definitely turned into more of a lifestyle shoot which was a fun switcheroo from the norm. Her cousin, Kate, came along to help entertain her but even she couldn't cut it til we were at her house! We did manage to get some cute ones of her in the mean time though. It was a fun time regardless and we DID manage to steal some cute ones of lil Iylie too!

Lindsey & co. family / engagements - utah family photographer

I'm finally getting around to posting the rest of this session on the blog... it has been a crazy few days to say the least. Today is my Jonnie Belle's 2nd b-day so it's been a fun time around here:)

I loved shooting these cuties though! They had some fun ideas and were willing to do just about anything I said as well so that's always nice:) Enjoy these darlings! And congrats again to Lindsey & Justin!

Hansen Family - utah family photographer

Alright here's another fun family session I did last week... the little girl (Myka---yes, cute name for cute girls right?) pulled so many different faces and I loved EVERY single one! She was full of personality and it made for a fun afternoon. It's no wonder she's so darling though, look at her parents?! Thanks for the fun Hansen Fam!!

Tylee's One!

Ok not quite yet... but we had to do her one year pics a little early since I was only gonna be in Utah last week. Is she not the cutest thing?! I had a hard time choosing which ones to post... like always. But I just loved these ones! At the end of the session we even snagged a few of her cute parents:) Thanks Britt for the fun session!

Thanks to everyone who entered! It made for a fun week for me! I wish you could have all won:) As a special thanks, anyone who entered will receive an additional 10% off the already 1/2 off session fee if you book before Saturday, March 5th.
