valletta family in the orchard - stillwater oklahoma family photographer

alright. let me start off by first saying how hard it was for me to decide which pictures to post on here..... clearly, this family has got- it- goin' on! kind of a funny story how we got hooked up. well mel is abby's sister {the cute girl that won my mother's day contest a couple months ago} but mel's cute family lives out in oklahoma, where we'll be moving in THREE WEEKS! {you don't even know how excited this makes me.... my two year old is still talking about these cute boys from when she played with them a  little bit after the session}. ok-- so that part isn't really funny at all... but the funny part is that john {mel's hubby} was my seminary teacher at viewmont when i was a sophomore. SMALL WORLD! we ran into each other back in march of last year when we made a weekend trip out there to scope out the vet school and surrounding area. i was so excited to know someone.... and it didn't hurt that he had the cutest wife and little ones. there's just something about moving far away from home with no strings attached---- but then finding out that you sort of have one:) if you can't tell, i am SUPER excited to move out there and start this new adventure with our family. ANYWAYS! loved this session.... and this family. perfect combination for a stellar photo shoot if you ask me.

Birch Fam in the Orchard - utah family photographer

I seriously had the hardest time getting rid of photos from this session.... so Steph is gonna end up with t.o.n.s. oh well! I absolutely love how these turned out. Brynlee & Broxton have SO much personality and I think we were able to catch that in these, which is always something I try to do. And can you get enough of those baby blues?! Look at Mama Steph's... these are the real deal--- no photoshopping necessary for these bad boys. It's no wonder these kids are so dang cute! Look at their parents... ahh--- thanks for the fun time Birch fam! {the whole time I was editing these.... Jonnie kept saying--- Look! there's my friends! haha so cute}

birch family sneak peek - utah family photographer

i got to hang out with the birch family in the orchard last weekend..... and i loved it! steph was one of my volleyball coaches at weber state so i've gotten to see her little ones grow up. can i just put it out there that they are some of my favorite tiny tots on this planet?! {along with my own of course}. here is just a sneak peek of our fun! more to come later.

smith family session- orchard / baseball field / camping - utah family photographer

we really did do it all with this family session. abby thought the orchard would be a fun place for the picnic & camping 'scenes' but she wanted to make sure we hit up the baseball field for her little guy, Boston. mamas really do know best...... Boston LOVED playing ball and this was by far his favorite part of the session. we had lots of fun & I honestly could have shot these guys all night--- they were so dang cute together! we started off with a little picnic, followed by reading books, roasting s'mores, & star gazing by the camp fire, and ended the night off with a little batting practice at the ball field. thanks for being so fun, smith family!
